hi i am new here and i am trying to figure out how to create a ticker can anyone help me please? thank you in advance

Whoa, anytime.

I'm sure there are ways to create a ticker yourself, but if anyone wants a theme or background image that isn't provided in the ticker creation section, maybe have a system for uploading a custom theme.
